After a 10-hour flight from the US to FR, I ran into a very uncooperative security officer at CDG who was inefficient and rude. I have flown many times through this airport. It is a busy airport, and I understand they are understaffed, etc., but unfortunately, this time, the bus shuttle at the plane exit that was supposed to pick us up after the first flight from the US did not arrive on time... Once I finally got to the security checkpoint, stressed by the fear of missing my flight because there was a long line, AND by the airport app showing my gate was approximately 30 minutes away. Knowing how gates can change at the last minute, I tried to ask several security attendants, since they work at the airport and can share information. NONE of them were willing to answer my question. I saw an elderly person and another lady being passed by, so I thought perhaps they were letting those with immediate connecting flights go first. I am bilingual and to be " culturally empathetic " I asked in French, about my inquriy, my frase begun with Excuse - me, the female lady could give me an answer, I was tired but not rude to her, and all of a sudden a male colleague, approached me in the most disrespectfully, stating that I had to keep waiting and that I was being unplite to his collegue, and also telling me that hey are also very tired of working ???? I was never rude to his colleague and did not miss my flight by much. On top of that, while getting the X-ray trays, I was hit " by mistake" in my head by another security person .... I wasn't going to start a scene, but they care less about passengers—they are RUDE, and I find this behaviour unacceptable and inefficient at the most ...
