Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG) The name was not exposed Abuse Report

We are NewZeland residents with Sri Lankan descent and we departuring the airport after vacation. We were threatened and harassed by Qatar airways ground staff officer who was on duty between 7-9.30pm on 30th December night. They were delaying our checking process while we had all the transit visa and residency visa permits. The officer used abusive language and high tone infront of all other passengers. He used the words “ Do you want to leave or not” in an abusive language and didn’t responsive. He wasn’t wearing a name badge and his supervisors on duty Badreddine Kaveri ( bkacemi@fr.waterways.com) did not share his name or any identity and she and her other supervisors colleague didn’t stop the officer acting abusively. We are a family with a young child and our 5 year old started screaming due to the officers behavior. He further treated that our luggages will be lost and they wouldn’t take any responsibility. This has been a scary incident as tourists to Paris and appreciate a formal investigation on Qatar airline ground staff officer whom identity wasn’t exposed by his supervisors or he wasn’t wearing a name badge. You can check CCTV camera for his abusive behavior and threats. We have requested Badeeddine to take the officer out of the sceen but she hasn’t been very responsive on controlling her staff member. We appreciate an outcome of a formal investigation on this.
