Dear to whom this email is relevant,
I am extremely disappointed to say I found my time in CDG airport to be abysmal.
Upon arrival, I was consistently directed to the wrong terminal, it seems as if the staff did not know where I was meant to go for my flight, so much so I was directed out of the airport and had to go through security checks twice.
Moreover, I experienced a worker at Pret a Manger who was quite frankly rude and abusive. Upon trying to buy two food items, he became angry and offensive, and ultimately when I chose to walk out he began shouting at me across the entire terminal. I sincerely hope this is not the standard expected from staff at this airport.
I am most disappointed, this is my first experience in CDG airport and I can assure you I will not be back.
