This occurred at the security checkpoint between terminal E and 2F. The lady at the security desk stole property from my fiancée out of her luggage. She claimed we could not take makeup products on the flight, even though we’ve never had an issue flying with these products on international flights before. We had also just come from an international flight. She opened my fiancée’s makeup bag, expressed “ooh la la”, told us we could not take it on the flight, gave us no option to check the products, then set the products aside for herself. She also opened my fiancées luggage and rummaged through her clothes. She then took the luggage behind the counter where we could not see. We have not confirmed, but we believe she may have stolen clothes or property from her luggage as well.
