This was one of the worst airport experiences I’ve ever had. Passport control was complete chaos — there was no clear system, no organised queue, and no guidance on which desk people should be waiting for. After we had been waiting for a long time, a staff member suddenly turned around and began verbally abusing me and my partner, shouting at us in front of other passengers.
I fully understand that children and vulnerable people should be prioritised, but both queues on either side of us were processed before we were, with no explanation. Many people were complaining, yet this staff member seemed to target us specifically for no clear reason.
She then spoke to a colleague in French and refused to allow us to have our passports checked, physically blocking and restraining both me and my boyfriend. She continued shouting and creating a scene that was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We were told to stand behind a line, even though the police present agreed with us — yet around 30 people who were apparently together were allowed to stand over the line.
This experience completely ruined our trip. The behaviour was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this airport
