We had a very short time between connections going from non-Schengen to Schengen area. The queue for security check was horrendous and slow. They made us change our small 100ml flasks from our own transparent bag (officil one) to theirs which cost another precious minutes. As we were getting more and more nervous and questioned the usefulness of this changing procedure they became more and more arrogant just accusing us if we were questioning the safety procedures. Because I was visibly getting annoyed they sent me back twice through the metal detector without any need. Then of course two of our bags needed manual checking and I asked her if she could speed up the process to which she slowed down n purpose. This was te second time this happened to me in this exact place. The time before they called me even back to tidy my tray in the correct place insulting me to be badly educated. Getting to passport control they even managed to get us ahead of everbody else but the officer also had no understanding whatsoever for our stress did everything very slowly and even forgot to hand me back my boarding passes. I had to ask for them Last time I missed my flight. This time I just got to the gate before it closed. Avoid this airport at all costs if possible. Ways are horrifically long and there is no help nor service to be expected anywhere.
