I could be being dramatic or overthinking but me and my family were shouted by a lady brunette glasses terminal 2 at as we were boarding our flight home for apparently being late when there was no announcement on the speaker and we were held at passport check fair enough maybe we made a mistake but as a nervous flyer she should know to never speak to humans like this it’s really not nice to be honest we got on the plane no bother and still had 20 ish minutes before we took off! As I said I don’t want to make a big deal as maybe we did miss an announcement ? However I just think she should learn empathy. As it made me a mess before I got on my plane which triggered by anxiety with flying.
