I was on a transport bus being taken from my gate out onto the tarmac to board the plane, and the bus driver crashed into a concrete divider. Everyone in the bus who was standing up lurched forward onto the floor. The woman behind me crashed into my head, and I got a contusion and bruise on the right side of my head. I had to ice it for over an hour on the plane to relieve the pain. The woman who fell on me got a bad scrape on her forearm. She was also visibly in pain. We were at the back of the bus, and the rear door was damaged in the crash and was unable to open so that we could get off the bus.
