Manchester Airport — Manchester airport Abuse Report

My flight landed from Malaga at 21:00 at Manchester Airport and all passengers had been waiting for their luggage for nearly 40 minutes. I have been so exhausted, feel unwell and, in a rush as my partner has been waiting outside. Why during the last 2 years whenever arriving at Manchester Airport we should experiencing this delay and horrible customer services. I wonder why nobody wasn’t answering or explaining what it is the reason for this delay. Who’s responsible for this, definitely people do not deserve to be treated like that, sitting on the floor, waiting for a while. I like to remind you that many of those people including myself pay taxes to receive good social services. Very disappointed
