I have just had the displeasure of going through security,i was delayed at your security for 50 minutes due to a cup a plastic cup in my hand luggage,the arrogant security guard checked my said cup,and rescanned my bag,without even talking to me your staff are arrogant,more staff standing around watching others work,what an absaloutly awful experience,you could learn alot from Liverpool Airport

Hey Andrew, sorry about the bad treatment at Manchester airport. Manchester airport seems to be run horribly, I try to avoid it, possibly owing to the ownership of Manchester city council they are probably hiring unqualified people to do jobs and giving jobs as means to quid pro quos. Obviously this will lead to bad service. I try to avoid Manchester airport as a result it's one of the worst airports in the UK.
