Manchester is a horrible airport as the jobs there are given out based on affiliation to the council (which owns the airport, look it up Manchester City Council owns majority share in the airport). As such the worst rejects who can't get jobs anywhere else seem to end up getting hired to work at Manchester Airport. I am sorry you were harassed and abused whilst on your travel. Next time ask and get the name of the official who abuses you.
