Manchester Airport (MAN) Abuse Report

Absolutely shocking. Went to to arrivals and picked up family in the multi story. Was being polite and pressed the buzzer to speak to the staff on the machine and was rudely spoken too. Tried to ask questions and resolve the problem and he did not care and did not even bother to resolve my problem. not the best customer service and not helpful at all. It was allocated at T2 arrivals at around 1pm on the machine when you press the help or phone buzzer
