Indira Gandhi International Airport Abuse Report

I forgotten to take my laptop at T2, on 9th Feb...after inquiry I found in T2, the co operative staff and helpful on 12 th feb throughout the day,they help me to guide,
I was in rush as I arrived on 13th 2am from nagpur to Delhi @T1, and connecting flight from T1 @4pm...in a short time coming to T2 and again going back to T1,and catch another flight was little tough fr me...
Despite of calling in morning, and again after landing at T1...the staff delayed the process around 25min...and given a reason to wait as having lunch.... though somehow I able to catch my flight, but his behaviour was terrible and non cooperative.
Hope he wl learn the lesson
