Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) Abuse Report

I am telling you about an incident that happened today. I had booked my Dad flight ticket from Delhi Airport to Darbhanga Airport.
His flight was at 9 AM and he reached the check-in counter at the airport at 07:45 AM, but due to mis-guidance by the ground staff, he missed his flight.Because my father was going home by flight for the first time and he did not have much idea about how to go, but due to the wrong behavior of the airport staff today, he missed his flight, now I want to ask the Airport Authority of India that who will compensate for the ticket that I had booked for Rs 4500?
My father is a senior citizen and was unaware of this flight journey, but the incident that happened today was very useless and very sad. I request the Airport Authority of India to please investigate this matter and compensate me for the money that has been wasted and take strict action against the ground staff involved.
After that, I sent him home on another flight today.
My total loss today is 10k.
Very pathetic and very useless behaviour by airport ground staffs
