Airport Encalm lounge fleecing passenger by charging full amount of USD 27 PER customer and invariably alcoholic beverages are not served for some reason or other.Normal courtesy would be to inform paid lounge users of non availability of alcoholic beverages to allo then to make an informed decision whether to use the lounge or not. Such behaviour needs to be investigated and concerned operator penalized.
