Me and my wife both are handicapped coming from Chicago to Mumbai and have a Very bad we arrived from Chicago to Delhi and transfer to Mumbai flight in between we are treated like animals they change the wheel chair person about 4 times and each time they asked for money it’s was okay we have paid them but from Chicago flight to Mumbai flight transfer takes about 3 hours we did not get time for even washrooms and in past we received our baggage’s at our final destination but this time we checked in baggage at Chicago pick up at Delhi again checked in at Delhi and picked up at Mumbai which is very painful we choose the flight of our country Even it was expensive but we made a mistake by choosing air India flight was bad and even ground staff and service was worst
