One of my colleague arrived from Huston US to Delhi airport. He bought cash with him which was his research grants which was in excess then permissible limits. Airport authority person called me from no. 9233565086 and demanded money to prepare certificate. She asked me to transfer money to some individual's account and not authorities account. Overall she demanded more than 1 lac rupees to clear custom process.
