I am writing to inform that I was harassed by your staff on the counter when I by mistake handed him over my ticket copy as well with Visa. This step is post check in.
As soon as I reached the counter he shouted "Mask hatao" after which He repeated the same in a very bad tone when I already had.
He started shouting when I handed both documents as I was traveling with my mother and handed ticket instead of visa along and said "Yeh illegal hai".
Started asking my qualification nd " itni padhi hui vo ho "started inappropriate commenting.
I am going to consumer court for this, on Asking his name the person next to him did not reveal his name with it after talking this way he left as his shift changed.
My flight IX 135 on 20th March at 8:45pm and the flight was Express Air India.
I am going to consumer court regarding this behaviour not going to let you guys go away with it like this. And definitely want to know the person and strict action to be taken again him
I am going to post this on your social accounts too to let people know or you better know your executive and take action against him. He was holding my passport and staring me after inappropriately asking why am I going and what do I do.
