When we went to Air France luggage drop of area. I asked attendant to take care of my wheelchairs (my mother is paralyzed and my wife has broken foot) then Air France attendant asked the other attendant for wheelchair( her name was kulwinder Kaur) she was standing right close to us but was not aware that we are looking at her. She made an arrogant face and said No there is no. I just simply asked madam u can smile and say.
I don’t want to mention the name there was a guy told us that kulwinder Kaur said don’t take them in. Take their every bag out. Anil sharma was also not supportive was laughing looking at us.
Then they asked my wife that we don’t take 2 passengers on wheelchair . She told them it’s okay just drop me to the door I will walk my husband is there with me. We will manage but Anil sharma said we can’t force you to do. My wife told them it is my responsibility I can sign any papers and let me go. But he just walked away. This whole groupism will drowning your customer service to hell. Their ego comes in to their work.
While this scenario happened my mother got a panic attack . She throw up twice. She had heart attack in November. If something happened I will not let Air France go.
