Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) Ashish and Poonam Abuse Report

Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7:30PM and we did the online checking prior to arriving at the boarding pass counter sharp 5:50PM and we informed one of the staff (Poonam) about our flight and online checkin, however they did not give weightage to online checkin and asked us to stand in the que.

However due to some mismanagement by the staff at the counter, they could not handle few customers who were having excess baggage issue and wasted lot of time. As a result they wasted our time as well and at the end they informed us that we are late for the boarding.

we spoke to the Manager in Charge (Ashish), however he did not act on time due to that we missed our flight and lost our ticket departure and arrival ticket completely.
