I was flying business class and did not get the lounge I asked for an alternate arrangement as I was travelling with 2 small kids . He promptly said in a very rude and aggressive tone don’t take the flight if there is no lounge . I said speak properly he said what will you do if I don’t speak properly “ you will not fly “
