Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) Abuse Report

A security officer in check in was literally shouting at us in hindi (which we couldn't understand by the way) I am 8 months pregnant as well and I couldn't match up his speed of instruction he started shouting as if it was our fault. We told him no hindi and he shouted for not knowing hindi also! The embarrassing fact was the guy behind us was from another country, he instructed him in english! The separate check in line for women, they were swapping from place to place. Atleast working in an international airport I guess they have communicate and co coordinate with themselves first.
Such a traumatic experience, as a public we dont like to shouted at for not knowing in hindi in front of others.
This city is suppose to be the capital of India. I think people should address in common language or atleast know whether the other people know the language instead of shouting.
Worst experience and worst airport ever!
Couldn't even coordinate and communicate within themselves. Such a worst organisation ever in an international airport. People should start respecting other people and learn to treat them with respect.
