Indira Gandhi International Airport Abuse Report

21st April, 0415hrs at immigration counter number 1 @ departure. The officer at counter number 1 was utterly unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. He had absolutely no sense on how to talk and deal with public waiting for their immigration check. Doing chit chat during his service hours and his holy highness thinking everyone waiting in the queue as petty people waiting for his mercy. Absolutely rubbish behaviour . Seriously makes one wonder how are they allowed to make a fish market out of a place of such high security significance.
