Indira Gandhi International Airport Abuse Report

I went to drop my mother who is 79 yr, for canada & had allotted wheelchair which was written in her tkt, despite of that she couldn't get her wheelchair and moreover scolded badly by working staff. She has to carry her luggage trolley at her own throughout the way to boarding plane. She had angioplasty on 22Feb 23, she had Stent card in her neck, despite of all the problems, she suffered a lot which is unbearable and unacceptable. A this kind of services given at the airport to the senior persons?????
