Indira Gandhi International Airport — Customs Abuse Report

1/5 Would not recommend

I went through customs and I provided a Doctors letter and my prescription to customs when they were checking my suitcase to inform them I am diabetic and have insulin and tablets in my hand luggage.

They opened my suit case and hand bag.
There were other people around.

My Dr Dre Beats , Orange insulin pen and my white gold bracelet is missing and has been stolen by one of your staff.

I said to them to open one bag at a time but they opened everything.

I had wheelchair assistance too but they were discriminating against me due to being disabled , British and having medication.

How do I report my stolen items as now I am in the UK.

Worst customer service I have had.

Also you should have staff trained to speak English , not everyone speaks Hindi.

If you want visitors from around the worst English is a universal language.
