While going for boarding to Flight BA142, at Gate 7, I requested the staff Miss REMA to take my wife on Buggy, which is the facility provided to elderly / medically advised passengers .
She made us to wait for 5- 10 minutes. After again requesting she said wait till more passengers to arrive,
Our flight boarding time was 0055 hrs and she refused to take my waive on buggy.
But after heated argument one gentleman from the staff took us on a buggy and dropped at gate 7.
I strongly recommend that a strict action to be taken on the staff , so that this facility can be availed by needy passengers as and when required.
