Indira Gandhi International Airport Abuse Report

It was a horrified experience from T3 to T1 @ Delhi airport. I had a connecting flight from Kathmandu to Delhi to Bangalore. I had to travel from T3 to T1, was told there’s a shuttle. Waited for 45mins to take the shuttle, one of the olDUST bus, so called AC but only fan was working. At T3 itself the bus was full, it went to T2 & added further more people, then the driver switched off the AC, imagine a fully covered bus with 60+ passengers w/o AC, it was horrible. It was one of my worst experience of this 20+ mins of drive from T3 to T1.
When I asked the driver, he said AC gone faulty, at the time of getting down he switched on the AC again, when I asked he’s saying bus over-loaded.
We do pay for Airport taxes & charges, why can’t we get a better infra? Requesting the authorities to take necessary action, Pl don’t wait for incident to happen to take a cal.
