I'm really very dissapointed with the ground staff peopole of Delhi Airport. I would request you to please give then a proper training to perform thier basic work.
yesterday I had a flight from Delhi-Bombay-Hyd Air India (AI0441) , I reached airport on time, i went on the checkin counter to submit my luggage, the staff was chitchatting and laughing making fun of other passanger whom she troubled, because of their slow work the queue got really long, I requested her to do little quick as the checkin time was 4:15 pm, i reached on the counter around 4:20-25.. lady was so chilled she said checkin is already completed you may go to the first counter, I went to the first counter, another lady said checkin already completed you may take another flight. (Is this a joke to you?? did I payed this much money to face all this??) I asked them because of your slow checkin i got late they were didn't even listening to me, there were several passengers who was going through the same.
I was really upset with this. I seek your help on thsi within 24hrs otherwise I have you go to consumer forum.
