Indira Gandhi International Airport — Arbaz Khan at Dosa Factory T1 Abuse Report

I was accompanying with my wife for Indigo flight 6E6231 scheduled at 05:15 hrs. We went to Food Court to have some BF. Approaching at Dosa Factory , Zone-28, HMS Host , Hospitality Services Bharat Pvt. Ltd., T-1, IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037 . Vide Receipt no. 0000087000039563 , DTD 27/06/23 , along with tea , coffee, water I ordered for IDLY SAMBHAR and found that tomato chatani was having stinking smell . On my complaint, Mr. Arbaz Khan - staff changed it but again it was having the same problem. Many customers had left that stinking tomato chatani served with sambhar. This would have led to diarrhea- vomiting if consumed. It was surprising that no attention was being paid for maintaining quality of food stuffs. Secondly rates were too much for all items at all shops located in that Food Court arena. I have preserved the receipt with me totaling Rs. 550/-. Action must be initiated to prevent health hazards of passengers.
