ONE OF MY BROTHER IS TRAVELLING FROM LUCKNOW TO KUWAIT FIRST TIME BUT DURING HIS TRANSIT IN NEW DELHI AIRPORT ONE OF INDIGO AIRLINES STAFF MR SAGAR VINAYAK STOPPED HIM AND TOLD HIM YOUR PASSPORT EXPIRY DATE IS WRONG ON YOUR VISA SO WE CANNOT ALLOW YOU TO TRAVEL AND AFTER THIS THAT SAME STAFF MISSED HIS DOCUMENTS WHICH INCLUDES HIS ORIGINAL VISA, POLICE CLEARENCE CERTIFICATE AFTER THIS FULL INDIGO STAFF ABUSING HIM FOR ALMOST NEXT 24 HRS AND WHEVER HE ASK FOR HIS DOCUMENTS THEY BLAMING HIM AND THREATING HIM TO STAY QUITE OTHERWISE WE WILL PUT YOU IN JAIL AND DURING ALL THIS TIME THEY DIDNT EVEN GAVE HIM FOOD AND AFTER ALMOST 24 HRS THEY GAVE HIM A RETURN TICKET TO LUCKNOW ON 08 JULY 2023 AND SEMD HIM TO LUCKNOW AGAIN.
NOW PLEASE TELL ME INDIGO WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS LOSS HE LOST HIS DOCUMENTS LOST HIS OPPORTUNITY FROM KUWAIT WHO WILL PAY FOR HIS LOSS I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO KEEP WITH THE PERSON WHOM YOU ARE GIVING YOUR DOCUMENTS ON DELHI AIRPORT.
