Washroom assistant in ladies toilet near gate 11 is very rude and insulting. She literally scolds everyone and anyone who by mistake leaves washroom dirty. Totally uncalled for. Because all strata of people visit, that is why they are employed there. I witnessed her argument with 3 females during my 10 mins time spent there.
