The person checking in has made several errors during the check in process.
We didnt get infant seat, we didnt get all boarding passes, we were sent back from security gate. It was harassing for us to be shunted from here to there. We even lost our items from the check in. We reached Tirupati and were told that the item was not loaded into the aircraft. The person at check in didnt put the baggage tag on our boarding card. Nownwe have no way to track down the item. The item is a baby bed and baby is going to suffer for a whole month during our trip due to this incompetent careless behaviour.
