Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) Sarawati Abuse Report
When i going towards the gate Ms Sarawati(Indigo employees) , she was standing near to gate and checking bags and she was shouting, abusing and lossing her control. This is very unprofessional. I will make sure a action is taken against her. The way she is talking is pathetic.
